Our Commitment to Copyright

SnapTik Pro respects the intellectual property rights of all content creators and rights holders. We operate in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 and equivalent international copyright laws, including the EU Copyright Directive.

We do not host, store, or re-distribute any TikTok video content. All video files are served directly from TikTok's own CDN servers. Our service acts solely as a technical interface that generates access links to publicly available content.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe that content accessible through SnapTik Pro infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notification to our designated agent.

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email address, physical address, telephone number)
2. Clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., title, URL on original platform, registration number if applicable)
3. The specific TikTok URL(s) of the content that allegedly infrings your copyright
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices will not be acted upon. Submitting a false DMCA claim is perjury under U.S. law and may result in legal liability.

We aim to acknowledge all complete, valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and take appropriate action within 5 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the content, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notification must include:

1. Your full name and contact information
2. Identification of the content that was removed and its former location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district if your address is outside the United States)
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to respecting intellectual property rights, SnapTik Pro maintains a policy of terminating access to the Service for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances, as determined at our sole discretion.
