SnapTik Pro ("we", "our", "the Service") is a web-based TikTok video downloader operated by Elite Bots. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

We want to be completely transparent. SnapTik Pro does not collect:

• The TikTok URLs you submit for download

• Payment or financial information (the service is free)
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprinting data

3. Information That May Pass Through Our Servers

IP Address: Your IP address is transmitted with every web request as a technical necessity. Our hosting infrastructure may log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention purposes. These logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days and are then automatically deleted. We do not use IP addresses to identify or track individuals.

Browser & Device Type: Standard HTTP headers (browser version, OS) are part of every web request. We may use aggregated, anonymized statistics from these to understand which browsers and devices to support. No personal identification is possible from this data.

Aggregate Usage Statistics: We may count the total number of download requests for operational monitoring. These are anonymous totals — no per-user history is recorded.

4. Cookies

SnapTik Pro does not use:

• Advertising or tracking cookies
• Third-party analytics scripts (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)
• Any cookie that persists across sessions for tracking purposes

5. How Your Download Request Works

When you paste a TikTok URL and click "Download":

1. Your browser sends the URL to our backend server
2. Our server forwards the URL to a third-party API to retrieve video metadata and download links
3. The download links (pointing directly to TikTok's CDN) are returned to your browser
4. Your browser connects directly to TikTok's CDN to download the file
5. The URL you submitted is not stored or logged by us after this process completes

6. Third-Party Services

To retrieve video data, we use a third-party video API. When you submit a URL, that URL is passed to this API. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of third-party service providers. We do not share any user data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

7. Data Security

All connections to SnapTik Pro are encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS). Our servers are hosted in secure data centers. We do not store sensitive user data, which significantly limits our attack surface.

8. Children's Privacy

SnapTik Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove it.

9. Your Rights

SnapTik Pro is accessible globally. By using the Service from outside our hosting region, you consent to the transfer and processing of any technical data described in this policy under the conditions described herein.
